    i get 110 kbps dwnload in miami/ft lauderdale area why is it so slow??

    It shouldn't be so slow, maybe its your area head out, to somewhere else with better signal and run a speed test.

    There's nothing more you can do at the moment, 3026 is MetroPCS latest PRL, and the Samsung Admire is a Metro branded phone.
